V400 Vertical Adjustable Set Hinge 2D fits 4" x 4" (101.6mm x 101.6mm) door preps with a 5/8" (15.9mm) corner radius and is fully reversible for left or right-hand use. Allows for 1/4" (6.4mm) vertical and 3/16" (4.8mm) horizontal adjustment with a 3/32" hex wrench. Hex head adjustment screws provide secure tool engagement, and a unique shield keeps out debris for a clean look.

The V400® Vertical Adjustable Set Hinge 2D is designed for reliable vertical and horizontal adjustment of standard 4" x 4" (101.6mm x 101.6mm) doors. This set hinge is reversible and can be easily installed for either left or right-handed doors, with a removable pin for added flexibility. It seamlessly retrofits a 4" x 4" one-step pocket route door with a 5/8" (15.9mm) corner radius, making it a suitable upgrade or replacement for a variety of door materials including wood, vinyl, aluminum, and steel.
Crafted with a brass substrate for durability, the hinge features advanced Teflon-filled bushings for increased wear resistance and enhanced, low-torque adjustment. The hinge panel leaf is shielded to keep out debris, offering a premium look when the door is closed. Hex head adjustment screws help prevent stripping and secure a firm engagement during installation and future adjustments. The optimized screw hole locations minimize the risk of splitting wood at the door panel edges.
This hinge enables vertical adjustments up to 1/4" (6.4mm) and horizontal adjustments up to 3/16" (4.8mm) for precise alignment and door performance. The finish-matched bushing blends with available hardware colors for a consistent appearance. Non-removable pin (NRP) options are available for secure outswing applications. The hinge exceeds BHMA Grade 3 performance standards, ensuring quality and reliability.

- Installation screws are not included and must be sourced separately.
- Antique Nickel/Pewter finish is limited to existing inventory.
