Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns except in the event that we sent you the wrong part. This helps us keep prices low. Please double-check that you're purchasing the correct item. If you're unsure, contact our support team before ordering.
How do I know I'm buying the right part?
Carefully check the measurements. We include dimensions in all listings to help you find the correct part. Compare your current part’s measurements exactly with the ones listed on our site.
I ordered the wrong part. Can I cancel my order?
If you placed an incorrect order, contact us immediately with your order number. We ship most orders within 12 hours, so cancellations are not guaranteed.
What if I receive the wrong part?
Let us know within 7 days and we'll send the correct item at no cost.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process exchanges; please place a new order if you need a different item.
Can I return a part if I accidentally ordered the wrong one?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders. Please verify your part selection carefully.
How will I know if my return has been approved?
If a return is authorized, our team will contact you via email with instructions.
