Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns except in the event that we have sent you the wrong part. We do this to keep our prices low. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct part. If you are not sure, please contact us to double-check.
How do I know I'm buying the right part?
Double-check the measurements. We try to include all of the measurement information for all of our parts to make it easy for you to find what you need. If you are replacing a part that you already have that has broken, make sure the measurements match exactly.
Oops, I ordered the wrong part. How do I cancel?
If you think you've ordered the wrong part, please send us a message on our contact-us page right away that includes your order number. We ship most orders within 12 hours of placement of the order and cannot guarantee that we can cancel every order.
What payment methods are accepted?
Any major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged when you place your order. If your order needs to be canceled, we will refund you upon cancellation.
