Shipping to contiguous US customers (Alaska and Hawaii may be extra):
- $11.95 – USPS First Class (5–10 business days)
- $12.95 – USPS Priority Mail (3–6 business days)
- $17.50 – UPS Ground (2–5 business days)

Pricing typically applies to a 4-pound weight limit. Additional fees may apply for oversized or heavy items.
Most items ship within 2–5 business days of ordering. You’ll be notified promptly if delays occur.
Important Note
Some items may incur higher shipping charges due to size or weight. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs. If a cost adjustment is required, we will contact you for approval. If you decline, we may cancel the order at our discretion.

All credit cards are charged within 72 hours for all online orders, including backordered items.
Our Packing Standards
We use recycled paper, cardboard, and packaging materials whenever possible. Most of our products are purchased in bulk from manufacturers and may not have barcodes or retail packaging. Items may be repackaged in secure, alternative boxes.
Hardware is shipped in retail or contractor-grade packaging when available. We inspect all parts prior to shipping and add extra packing as needed to ensure safe delivery.
All items are brand new unless otherwise stated. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—repair or replace. However, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
