At TruthParts, we strive to keep our prices competitive by maintaining a simple and efficient returns policy. As such, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns, except in the rare event that you receive an incorrect item due to our error.

We understand how important it is to receive the correct part, especially when dealing with repairs or replacements. That’s why our team takes great care in picking and packing every order. However, if you believe you received the wrong item, we’re here to make it right.

Received the Wrong Part?

If we sent you an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@truthparts.com or using our Contact Us form. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description or photo of the part you received

Once confirmed, we will promptly ship the correct replacement part at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Because we ship most orders within 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled once placed. If you realize you’ve ordered the wrong part, please contact us immediately using the Contact Us form with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to stop it.
