This is the interior handle from a Truth Hardware Signature Series patio door handle set. It features a square top plate design with a 1" (25.4mm) centered cylinder cutout and a thumb-latch operation.
The finish is polished chrome plate, giving it a bright, reflective look that pairs well with most residential patio door styles.
