The non-handed design allows installation on either side of the sash, making it versatile for multiple window styles and configurations. The latch body measures 3" (76.2mm) in length, with the topside width at 1" (25.4mm) and the underside measuring 1/2" (12.7mm).
This tilt latch features concave sides for easy handling and a central screw location. Installation is straightforward—simply pull the latch back and secure with a single screw in the center, reducing potential alignment issues during replacement or repair.
