This is a semi-active sliding patio door handle set from the Truth Modern/Contemporary Signature Series. It features a fixed exterior "dummy" pull paired with an interior thumbturn, making it a clean, no-key option for the non-locking side of a patio door system.
Semi-active handle sets are typically installed on four-panel sliding doors, or in applications where the keyed lock is a separate part independent of the handle. If you need locking functionality, that will be handled by a different component on the door.
The handle fits residential and commercial sliding doors built from aluminum, wood, vinyl, or composite, and works with door/stile thicknesses from 1-1/4" to 2-1/4" (32-57mm). Its contemporary square-edge styling gives a modern look on newer patio door systems.

Sold as one complete handle set (interior and exterior pieces with mounting screws). Installation is straightforward with the two included #8-32 machine screws, but the existing screw hole spacing on your door must match. Please measure your existing hardware — especially the 11-15/16" (302.8mm) center-to-center screw hole spacing, the 13" escutcheon length, and your door stile thickness — to ensure the correct fit before ordering.
