The Truth® Maxim 52.01 Single Straight Arm Casement Operator is designed for casement windows that fall within a width range of 20" (50.8 cm) to 32" (81.3 cm) and a height of up to 72" (182.9 cm), supporting sash weights up to 73 lbs (33.1 kg). This operator is right-handed, and ensures smooth, reliable function for opening and closing applicable casement windows. It features a single 12" (30.5 cm) straight arm for consistent and dependable operation.

This model has been discontinued and is limited to existing inventory, making it ideal for those seeking a direct replacement part for older windows where compatibility is essential. If your preferred color is unavailable, the Truth® Encore straight arm operator—with a Tango Cover and folding handle—serves as a direct replacement. Please note that Encore operators do not include covers by default; covers and folding handles are available separately in a variety of finishes for a custom fit.
