This is a left-hand multi-point sash lock from the Truth Hardware Maxim 24.84 Series. It is designed for tie bar applications that use two or more locks working together along a common bar.
The lock pairs with both fixed and adjustable keepers, giving you flexibility when tuning sash pull-in and weatherstrip compression. Screw hole spacing is 3-7/16" (87.3mm), which matches the standard Maxim footprint.
