This is a Truth Home Gard sash lock designed for Vetter wood casement windows. It uses a plastic latch and is configured as left-hand, as shown.
The lock is priced and sold individually. Screws and the matching keeper are not included, so please order those separately if you need them.
This part has been discontinued by Truth and is limited to our existing inventory. Once it is gone, we will not be able to restock it.
