Truth® EntryGard® right-hand casement window operator features a raised nylon roller and offset down link, with the clip under the link. It is stamped with link number 20810 and is commonly used on Hy-Lite® and other vinyl windows. Roller measures 9/16" (14.3mm) diameter by 3/16" (4.8mm) thick, and the crank spline is 11/32" (8.7mm) diameter.

Truth® EntryGard Right-Hand Casement Window Operator, Clip Under, Offset Down Link
This Truth® EntryGard Series operator is designed for vinyl casement windows and features a raised nylon roller for smooth and reliable window operation. Commonly used by Hy-Lite® and other vinyl window brands, this right-hand operator has a unique link with an offset down configuration and a clip located on the bottom of the link for secure attachment.
The roller is made from durable nylon and measures 9/16" (14.3mm) in diameter and 3/16" (4.8mm) thick, with a total roller height of 1/2" (12.7mm) including the nylon spacer. The operator's link is numbered 20810, which is sometimes found on similar wood window operators for reference. It is handed, so be sure to match the hand of your existing operator. The crank handle spline diameter is 11/32" (8.7mm), which is important for compatibility with your existing or replacement handle.
