This Truth Hardware 24.10 straight-style locking handle fits steel or aluminum casement windows and is non-handed, so it works on both left- and right-hand sashes. It has 2-3/8" (60.3mm) screw spacing, a 3/8" (9.5mm) throw, and is not tie bar compatible. Recommended fasteners are two #10 Phillips pan head stainless steel screws (not included).

Truth 24.10 Casement Window Locking Handle - 2-3/8" Screw Spacing
This Truth Hardware 24.10 locking handle is a straight-style cam handle designed for steel and aluminum casement windows. It is a common replacement handle used by several window manufacturers over the years.
The handle is non-handed, so a single part works for both left-hand and right-hand casement sashes. It is not tie bar compatible and operates as a standalone locking handle.
Mounting is done through two screw holes spaced 2-3/8" (60.3mm) on center. The cam has a 3/8" (9.5mm) throw to engage a matching keeper.

Because this handle is not tie bar compatible, it locks directly against a keeper on the frame rather than driving a multi-point lock system. Confirm your window uses a standalone locking handle before ordering.
This handle is sold individually. Availability is limited to existing inventory. Please measure your existing hardware, including the screw hole spacing and cam throw, to ensure the correct fit before ordering.
