This is a Truth Hardware 16.18 casement window sash lock in a clay finish. Because it is non-handed, a single part works on either the left or right side of the window, making it a flexible replacement option.
The lock is commonly found on casement windows made by Eagle, Craftline, Hurd, Biltbest, and other window manufacturers. It uses 2" (50.8mm) screw hole spacing.
