This is a Truth Hardware sill-mounted awning window operator built for wood windows. It features dual stainless steel arms measuring 24-3/4" (628.7mm) and uses a guide bar/track attached to the window sash to crank the window open.
The mechanism is commonly found on wood awning windows from Weathershield, Caradco, Shelter, Seal-Rite, and similar manufacturers. Note that this listing is for the operator mechanism only — the handle, shoe studs, and guide bar are sold separately.
