This Amesbury Truth 13683 inside thumb latch lever fits sliding patio glass doors from 1-1/4" to 1-3/4" (31.8mm to 44.5mm) thick. The tail piece projects about 3/4" (19.1mm) from the back of the lever. Sold individually in white; contact us if you need a longer tail piece.

Amesbury Truth 13683 Sliding Door Thumb Turn Latch Lever
This is the inside thumb latch lever used with several Amesbury Truth sliding patio glass door handle sets. It fits doors from 1-1/4" to 1-3/4" (31.8mm to 44.5mm) thick and is most commonly seen on vinyl and wood sliding doors.
The lever turns the internal latch mechanism through a square tail piece that engages the exterior handle or lock body. Standard tail piece projection is about 3/4" (19.1mm) from the back of the lever, which works for the majority of standard-thickness sliding doors.
If your door is thicker or you need a longer tail piece to reach through the door and engage the mating hardware, contact our office before ordering so we can help you get the right length.
