This Truth® Hardware pole-operated cam handle is engineered for in-swinging ventilators, especially those installed in elevated or hard-to-reach locations. Its compact design facilitates easy operation using a pole, making it a common replacement for commercial awning or hopper windows where standard hand access is limited. The handle is right-handed and features an inline base for straightforward installation.

The handle and base are constructed from high-pressure die-cast zinc for durability, while the pawl is made from zinc-plated steel to ensure smooth engagement and secure latching. The handle measures 3-9/16" (90.5mm) in length, with a screw hole distance of 1-1/2" (38.1mm). The pawl projects 1/2" (12.7mm) from the gasket to the inside of the vertical curve. Finished in Chestnut Bronze, this hardware complements many metal and wood window frames.

Handing is determined by the direction the handle points when viewed from the inside on an awning window. When used on a hopper top window, the handle will point in the opposite direction.
