This Pella® Patio Door Handle Kit is designed for Thermastar® vinyl sliding patio doors produced from 2003 to present. The kit provides a practical replacement for damaged or worn-out handles, restoring reliable operation and a clean look to your Pella sliding door. Finished in white, the handle blends seamlessly with most vinyl door profiles found in residential settings.

The kit includes a die cast handle set with a centered thumbturn. Some Thermastar doors may feature an offset thumbturn; please check your existing hardware to ensure compatibility. Handle dimensions are carefully matched to original Pella specifications: handle length is 8-1/2" (215.9 mm) with mounting screw centers at 3-15/16" (100.0 mm). The kit also provides a selection of screw lengths for various installation needs—long wood screw: 2-5/8" (66.7 mm), long machine screw: 2-1/4" (57.2 mm), and short machine screw: 9/16" (14.3 mm). Its single point lock system includes a radius face plate, typical for Thermastar patio doors from this era.

This handle kit is constructed from durable die cast metal and is finished in white to match standard Pella vinyl patio doors. The handle features a knock-out for a key lock option, which uses an American cylinder, but comes non-keyed by default. (Key lock not included.)
