This passive multipoint lock is designed for inactive (passive) door panels that use concealed shootbolt rods at the top and bottom. Commonly used by several door manufacturers, including Peachtree®, it features an integrated faceplate with rounded ends (radius corners) that is riveted directly to the lock case for durability.

With its 2-3/4" (70 mm) backset and a 1-1/16" (27 mm) wide by 15-15/16" (405 mm) long faceplate, this lock is engineered for right hand doors that require secure, reliable multipoint locking without visible hardware. The unit does not include rods; it is the gear box only. The right hand design and rod coupling with 1/4-20 thread make it important to match to your existing system.

Operation is straightforward: lift the handle to extend the concealed rods, then turn the thumbturn to secure the lock in place. Perfect for replacements or upgrades, especially in doors originally fitted with this platform.
