Truth® Maxim 24.84 Series multi-point sash lock for right hand windows, used in tie bar applications with two or more locks. Features 3-7/16" (87.3mm) screw spacing and is compatible with both fixed and adjustable keepers. Lock arm is stamped with number 31402 or 31401; available in white, beige, or bronze.

Multi-Point Sash Lock, Truth® Maxim 24 Series, Right Hand
The Truth® Maxim 24.84 Series multi-point sash lock is designed for right hand window applications. This hardware is engineered for use in tie bar setups that require two or more locks, offering secure and reliable operation for modern windows.
This sash lock is compatible with both fixed and adjustable keepers, making it suitable for various window assemblies. Typical uses include windows that require additional security or larger sash sizes where a single-point lock is insufficient. The lock is available in three popular finishes — white, beige, and bronze — to match or complement your window frame colors.
For identification, the Truth® number stamped on the lock link may read 31402 or 31401. This lock is used with Truth® keepers, including models 31301 and 31302 (Interlock Roller) or 31218 and 31217 (Cone Roller system). Please note, this listing is for the right-hand version; the left-hand version is available as part #55651.
