This metal tilt latch fits the upper sash of wood double-hung windows from Weather Shield, Peachtree, and other manufacturers. It has a 2-3/8" (60.3mm) housing, 3/8" (9.5mm) tip projection, and a right-handed orientation. Sold each in a goldtone finish.

Metal Tilt Latch for Upper Sash - Right Hand, 2-3/8" Housing
This is a replacement upper-sash tilt-in latch used on wood double-hung windows by Weather Shield, Peachtree, and other manufacturers. The housing measures 2-3/8" (60.3mm) long by 11/16" (17.5mm) wide, with a 3/8" (9.5mm) tip projection that engages the jamb liner to hold the sash in place.
The latch is built from metal and plastic and comes in a goldtone finish. This listing is for the right-hand version as shown; a matching left-hand latch is available separately if you need to replace both sides.

Notes
This latch is held in place with a Phillips head screw located under the thumb button. To remove, slide the thumb button back, insert a small flat screwdriver under the edge and lift the button up. Then remove the Phillips head screw and slide the latch out of the sash.
Sold each. Order two if you are replacing both the left and right latches on a sash. Please measure your existing hardware and compare it to the dimensions above to ensure the correct fit before ordering.
