It measures 28-17/32" (725.0mm) long by 1-1/4" (32.0mm) wide and provides two locking points on the handle side. This symmetric operator allows limited window opening to 4" (101.6mm) for egress and comes with detailed screw specifications.

Giesse® Phase 1 OS Operator Mechanism for Casement or Awning Windows
The Giesse® Phase 1 OS Operator Mechanism is designed for use with aluminum top-hinged (awning) or side-hinged (casement) outward-swinging windows that require restricted openings. This symmetric mechanism provides window operators with precise control, including a limited egress of 4" (101.6mm) opening for enhanced safety or code compliance in select installations. The mechanism is suitable for both residential and commercial applications where managed ventilation and restricted access are needed.
The mechanism features two locking points along the handle side to secure the sash firmly when closed, helping improve both security and overall window performance. It is designed to move the window from fully closed to the maximum (limited) open position and back with smooth operation. Multiple sizes are available to suit a range of window dimensions.
