The Amesbury® 800C Dummy Handle Set is designed specifically for use on double doors equipped with multipoint locks, where a stationary, non-functional handle is required. This fixed-handle trim is ideal for inactive doors in a set, providing an aesthetically matched appearance to active doors without key or thumbturn functionality. As a non-keyed option, the handles do not operate any locking mechanisms and remain in a fixed position once installed.

This model is commonly used as a replacement for original hardware from Integrity by Marvin®, Milgard®, G-U / Ferco®, and other American® version multipoint locks. The 800C Regency series features a straight lever and C-style escutcheon plate with a slight arched top, offering a clean and modern look compatible with various door designs. The dummy handle set can be installed on either side of the door, as it is non-handed.

Constructed from durable zinc substrate, the handle is offered in multiple finishes: Satin Nickel PVD (recommended for coastal applications due to its superior resistance to tarnishing and discoloration), Vision Tan, Pebble, and Dark Oil Rubbed Bronze. These finishes allow you to match the handle set to your existing door hardware and home decor.
