This is a blemished Truth Sentry Set Hinge intended for hinged patio and entry doors that use the Sentry adjustable hinge system. It is handed for Right Hand Outswing / Left Hand Inswing (RHO/LHI) applications. If you need the opposite handing, look for part 9748022.
The Set Hinge provides vertical adjustment of +/- 0.12" (+/- 3.0mm) so you can dial in the door position after installation. Non-removable pins help prevent tampering on swinging doors, and the extruded brass and aluminum construction offers strong corrosion resistance.
This unit is sold as blemished. It may have slight scuffs or scratches, and may be missing components such as screws. It is priced accordingly and sold as-is.
