The V400 Series set hinge is designed to give installers and homeowners a clean, adjustable fit on entry and patio doors. With both vertical and horizontal adjustment built in, it takes the guesswork out of hanging or re-hanging a heavy door.
The hinge retrofits a standard 4" x 4" (101.6mm x 101.6mm) one-step pocket route with a 5/8" (15.9mm) corner radius, making it a straightforward swap on many existing door preps. It is recommended for aluminum, composite, vinyl, and wood doors and is easily reversible for either left- or right-hand applications.
Hex-head adjustment screws (not Phillips or slotted) provide secure tool engagement and prevent stripping during adjustment. Screw hole locations are optimized away from the panel edge to help prevent accidental wood splitting. The panel leaf includes a unique shield that blocks debris and gives a clean appearance when the door is closed.
Teflon-filled bushings increase wear resistance and blend with the hinge finish for a consistent look. The removable pin allows the door to be lifted off without unfastening the hinge leaves.
