The Amesbury® Passive 2-Point P3000 Series MPL is a door locking mechanism designed for passive entry doors. This multi-point lock is engineered for enhanced security and is compatible with systems featuring a key above the handle. The shootbolt operation extends locking rods into the door frame for increased stability and security, making it suitable for a variety of commercial and residential applications where passive locking doors are required.
To operate, simply lift the handle to extend the shootbolts, then turn the thumbturn to secure the lock. This reliable action helps ensure that doors stay firmly closed and are less susceptible to forced entry. The integrated hook receptacle offers additional holding strength for peace of mind.
