This 2-point double hook sliding door mortise lock is designed for wood and vinyl sliding patio doors using a robust internal latch mechanism. The included anti-slam pin offers improved safety and replaces older mortise lock models that did not have this feature.

This lock is commonly used by brands such as Sash Control®, Marvin®, Weather Shield®, and others, providing a reliable replacement solution for many existing sliding patio doors. It is suitable for both repairs and upgrades where added security or anti-slam protection is desired.

The mortise lock features a flat faceplate available in three finishes: stainless steel, yellow dichromate, and white. Its design ensures compatibility with most wood and vinyl sliding doors that originally used this style of two-point lock.
